Even though we started shipping the first hard copies of Christophe's book back in June, we chose to wait after the summer to organize the 1st official book launch in the UK.
After a successful soft launch and over 100 copies of the book already sold all over the world, in countries such as the UK, Spain, the US, Brazil, Japan, Singapore Australia, we believe it was time to put together an event. London was the most obvious choice for our 1st official book launch in Europe, both the publisher and the author being based in the world's finance capital.
Christophe spent over an hour talking the crowd (30+ journalists, students and financial services professionals) through the story behind Visible-Banking.com and his book 'customer experience withouth borders: a practical guide to social media in financial services', and answering questions from an engaged audience.
